Thanks to everyone for the information.

I ended up doing a word search in Fastlane for "Kleen wheels" & the part numbers were revealed.

I installed them over the weekend while doing the brakes - very easy.

The price, about $38 (I do not remember the exact price off the top of my head), was for a set of 2 inserts, where 1 insert is needed per wheel.

So far so good, it seems they will work very well, definitely worth the money.
