it is pretty much the same procedure, but its tough i have done it on a 203 before. You do not have to remove the dash or console to replace the plastic linkage. do the right side linkage as well, wont be long before it breaks. Remove the command and the panel under the steering wheel and that should be enough room to wedge a long t20 screw driver in there to get to the screws.

Dont forget to normalize all stepper motors after replacement of linkage.
