loosen bolt on camshaft sprocket (do not remove)

remove tension from the chain

remove sprocket and chain

gently, methodically remove camshaft and holders.



---there is no need for any other tools after the sprocket bolt is removed. It just slides off. If it is stubborn, try a few gentle taps on it.
