If you do get a replacement factory fuse holder, be sure to use a little anti-oxidation paste on the aluminum fuse where it screws to the steel holder. This is the same stuff electricians use on aluminum wiring. That's probably why your original melted. 30 Amps is a lot to draw, the blower is rated at 28 Amps in high-speed.
