Someone told me that for quicker priming of the 60x engines crack the fitting at the main filter outlet and crank until fuel leaks out. Then crack the fitting at each delivery valves, then each injector. Tighten the fittings as fuel leaks.

I don't think I've had my SDL starter running for more than 10 seconds at a time.
