you can buy a blue hose just like that on ebay, its sold for R22, the other piece you will need is the quick connect to the low side port and can tap/side tap.

I have an adapter that allows regular 1/4 threads of the manifold hose connect to the standard R-134 can tap. it was less than 5 dollars on ebay.

The blue hose I mentioned is about 10 or 12
