NO, as Rocky Racoon and others have said....
you need solid surface...
those are small wheels relatively.....and lots of weight.. meaning pound per square inch pressure on the ground..

and they need to ROLL to be safe...

If you are needing to make dents in pieces of plywood... this would be good process.....LOL
