Depends on the vehicle. I find that parts get easier over time for my 1960's Mopars. Much of that is from the internet connecting buyers and sellers easier. For a 1960's Mustang or Camaro, you can buy every part to make one from scratch. Not the same for 4 door luxury cars. Don't know where our old M-B diesels stand, but this forum helps keep them going, so thanks to P-P.
