On my 126es the clicking comes from a seemingly out of place relay on the back of the instrument cluster. My 107 does not have this and is nearly silent when clicking. The relay for the flasher is inside the dash and doesn't make much noise. Look for a relay on the back of the cluster, if present, it should make the clicking noise when the turn signal or hazards are active.
