My recall is that the 1/4 glass molding has one screw by the rear doors and is held into the gasket by friction in a groove. The 1/4 window gasket is rather stout. It is the same concept as the windshield, glass sits in a groove, a groove overlaps the sheet metal of the 1/4 panel. I think you may be able to lift the gasket from the inside over the lip and take it out.
The drip rails are friction fit, could be tapped off with a hardwood insulator and mallet. Might be better off leaving the drip rails on...your call...good luck!!!
