Reminds me of one of my favorite technician funnies. The old guy complains to the service writer that every since you changed my oil the light in the barn don't work.

If the tires are wearing out to quickly the alignment is wrong when the car is on the road. If it isn't when being measured something is moving more than it should under loading.
