Actually Eye-brow won't decrease light output at all, unless you have sealed beam. Euro-Spec headlights aim the light beam DOWN, instead of UP of the sealed beam, so cover up the top of headlight doesn't have any effects on the light output.

I have been trying to find a pair of eye-brows for my 400SE, but with no luck....
