I'm not so sure about her needing a criminal conviction. But on the other hand, she needs to own up to the enviroment she was raising her son in.
But I'm afraid this will just lead to setting a precedent for more of "big brother" looking over our shoulders as to how we raise our kids.
What do you guys(and gals) think?
