I need to find out the steps to take off my injectors. I am going to have them checked.

Shoud I mark them? Do the fuel lines have to go back in the exact place?
Is there an IN and an OUT? Any hints?

PROBLEM:
I have stared to notice lack of power at takeoff. More smoke is coming out under load ex) Freeway onramp. It does not have the pickup that it had before.

I punch it on the freeway=the car smoked a large large black puff ball. At idle and under a regular take off the car did not smoke.

WHO WILL CHECK:
I am going to take the injectors to a place called beuges(sp?) in City of Industry, LA. They said they would check them for free. Any horror tales about this place?

HISTORY:
The car had 300,000 miles on it. Last owner did not know if his mechanic had checked injectors.

Had the engine rebuilt. New turbo. Did not replace injectors. I have had to replace one glow plug after rebuild. Thank you to site for showing me how to check the glow plugs.
