I think the changeover was between '60 - '61. My '61 180b has the 3 studs per wheel to hold the hubcaps, while my '60 Finnie 220S has the spring loaded pins in the rectangular housings. A friend used to have a '60 190b and it had the spring loaded pins/housings for the hubcaps
