The sensor looks normal although a tad dirtier than I would expect to see. Just ckean them off with brake cleaner. The metal shavings can come from semi-metalic pads and the wear of the rotors. The sensors are magnetic, or become magnetized, and attract the shavings. Probably a good idea to clean the stator plate, or what ever the toothed ring on the back of the rotor is called too.
