I'm afraid you're gunna need spacers and LONG bolts

because you probably need an offset of 30mm or less. Spacers would have to be hubcentric, too. Remember that when M-B fans talk about positive offset, they mean that the centerline of the wheel is in from the centerline of the face that contacts the hub, so a bigger offset number moves the wheel farther in towards the suspension.

Even if it somehow clears all the suspension and brake parts, an ET 49 wheel will give you negative centerpoint steering, like a lot of front drivers, which may produce some odd road feel.
