If you mean that you need to eliminate all possible air out of the system, the two man method should do. There is nothing special about the brake-fluid in ABS equipped cars. ABS is an electronic addition to the hydraulic brake system.
Getting rid of the air in the fluid can be done by the old-fashion conventional method; you do not need a pressure bleeder for that.
