Forgot the procedure....here it is.

I slipped the plug halfway off the COOLANT SWITCH and placed a screwdriver between the newly exposed plug contacts, if the HIGH SPEED FANS come on the relay is working and most likely the coolant switch is not.
My relay just clicked, which "appeared to me to be working" but if it had been working correctly the fans would have come on since I was now acting as the coolant relay by shorting the circut with the screwdriver. Since they did not come on, the next best suspect was the relay it's self.

Note: I knew my AUX FANS worked because they both came on when I put my AC on, although they were slow but they came on.. which made me a happy camper..

This was my line of thinking anyway... No expert here it just worked for my situation!!!! all I can say is Coooool Harness
