I carry libility only on my cars ,if you are talking about cars from the eighties as I am it makes no sense to carry collision as even in a fender they will probably total your car then if you buy it back and repair most states while issue a salvage title which is something you don't want.Stick the money you save in the bank and buy body tools or a fund for repairs.

You can register any car 25 years old or over in OR as a classic and get one time classic plates and cheaper insurance but! the car can only be driven to classic events, driven in parades or to a shop for repairs, I think some states have milage limits........
