Driveshaft balance shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't separate the driveshaft sections.
According to the Mercedes shop manual, upon reinstallation, leave the driveshaft clamp-nut loose and the driveshaft center-bearing mounting bolts finger tight, then roll the car back and forth a few times before finally tightening those fasteners.
