OVP/MASS relay is behind the battery. There is a plastic cover there over the engine computer, OVP, and fuel pump relays.

Later models have the fuel pump, OVP, and climate control relays integrated (bummer!) as the MAS relay, you have to replace the whole thing if it's bad.
