Have you tried the other local dealerships such as barrier (bellevue), larson (fife/tacoma), Sutherland (spokane), Rassmusen (portland)?

At edmunds.com there is an individual that works for a MB dealership, somewhere, and he goes by the name ecummings or something akin to that. I've seen him post in the topic that covers ML320s and E class MBs.He has implied that you might be able to get a deal of some type. He can't directly say this, of course....

There's also autobytel, and other on-line sources. You can also just start calling MB dealerships in larger cities. Dealerships in larger cities usually have wider array of available models.

All of this being said, MB is not really dealing all that much. They started selling at MSRP in the '00 model year and are dropping down a little on some of the '00 products now that the '01's are coming out, but generally that's about it.
