This glowplug change is on my father's car. When he starts the car, the glowplug light does not come on and it is VERY difficult to start the car. I ohmned the plugs and number 1 shows infinity, 2,3,and 4 show resistance and number 5 shows only some resistance. So we are figuring on 2 bad glowplugs. Number 5 looked to bo blocked by the filter housing, but if you say there is room then that's a relief.
