that's a boot off of a vw 4cyl/audi 5cyl k-jetronic cis car. They are VERY plentiful in the junkyards for like $5, and will take a lot more heat than the neoprene sewer couplers from home depot, those things get soft and tear under the hood after a month or so (I've tried).
