Does anyone know for sure what the seal between the shutoff valve and the Injector Pump body seals? Is it fuel or oil? I had replaced all of the plastic fuel lines but still have a leak at the shutoff, but it is a fuel leak for sure not oil. Could it be that seal or is the valve itself leaking?

I am pretty sure I can get the valve out by just moving the washer bottle out of the way but don't want to replace that seal unless it is a fuel seal.
