There is, or maybe was, a removable panel under the dash. Everything is accessable from under there. The dash pad covers sheet metal.

The heater box has some large clips to hold the covers on. It's a really simple car. Since it's a '62, there is also a flap in the engine compartment which can open to provide hot air from the engine compartment. This was deleted in 1963 with the 'phase 2' models.

There are lots of grease points in the front suspension, several on the driveshaft and two on the swing axle joint. Greasem up. Jiffy lube will hate you.
