If I hadn't checked all the lights, signals out the night the car was delivered, I would be suspicious of the switch. - got to be water related

The culprit was a power junction located near the passenger side fender. The black junction box 1" x 3" had filled with water
. Removed water - blow drier, and some WD40 and all is well.
