Yep, I have seen dozens of w123 Euro-spec cars here and especially overseas, and have owned quite a few Euro-spec variants too (200, 280CE, and currently a 300TD and a 200). Most of them have these a-la-carte type options...guess that's also one of the reasons that make 'em quite more desirable and unique in its own ways... I love the look of the original Euro-headlights w/ the in-dash adjustment capability (which is the way it should have been for all specs IMO), and the discreet Euro-bumpers. I'm sure there are many more w123 Euro-versions out there that you'll eventually see pop-up for sale every now and then...
