My wife and I have a 50:50 biodiesel:Used Cooking Oil in the main tank. I also use 100% Used Cooking Oil in a second fuel system.
For the blends, I have added a coolant/fuel heat exchanger to heat up the blend to >50°C, to both vehicles. I would have preferred to go for 80°C, but needed to build a better heat exchanger for that.
In summer, the blend of Used Cooking Oil coes as high as 75% in the main tank.
