240D wvo demon now car wont start eek!

I have an 83 240d 279k on the clock 4 speed manual that runs like a top until yesterday. I decided to install my greasecar kit finally that i pulled off a same year volvo.

what happend i was driving around for a couple weeks with the tank in the trunk hooked up the wiring run to the 3 way valves and the valves connected to the wvo tank but nothing connected to the engine just yet.

I Followed my greasecar setup and checked it twice the car started right up but sounded like it was running low on fuel until it died out I could ad some fuel and get smoke and sputter but nothing that would stay on. I have work and school tomorrow so I started putting everything back.

I ran all new clear return lines above the injectors and clear lines to replace my worn out ones from the IP to the spin on fuel filter after pumping the primer to get most of the air out the car wont even sputter now.

I have tried the following voltage at my number four glow plug was 11.5 Volts while cranking my glow plug light is intermittent

very little bubbles appear on any fuel lines. If i loosen my fuel injector lines working with only one at a time and crank it for 15 seconds I had fuel foam originaly but no new fuel from cylinders 1 and 2 . 3 and 4 were dry from the start and nothing came out.

with a battery charger hooked up to a moderately charged battery I ran a hair drier down the intake manifold blowing very hot air no sputter nothing

I think fuel isn't moving please give me some advice I'm afraid I might need a new IP the greascar setup removes the small filter and runs some bypass lines. I ran my old greasekit lines did clog my pump or damage it buy cranking it to much?

I would like some advice on some part to check I will take pictures of the engine bay and the fuel lines filled if that helps.

Is anyone good with a wrench from southern California I would rather give a member some cash for helping me fix my problem than a dealership.

If someone knows an ok shop I can go that route I'm just looking for options now thank you

Joe
