Biodiesel on OM603

IIs it possible to just go straight to B100 on the OM603? Should I just have a 1/2 or 1/4 tank of B100 and the rest Petrol Diesel? I heard that the Biodiesel cleans out gunk, but I don't think that I'm ready with fuel filters if there is a lot of gunk!

Advice on recommended dose of Biodiesel for the first time in the engine's life?
