Help w/ 82 TD Wagon Undercoating Product?

I am looking for the correct product to use for protecting the metal on my car. I had to remove some of the original coatings for rust repair in the spare tire well and the jack/washer well, also under the car and in the taillight recesses. I am having a difficult time finding anything but spray on bedliner product or something the body shops tell me that I can't get anywhere else. Any help?

My vote is for Texaco rustproofing compound. I've been using it for 23 years with excellent results. It does not turn waxy or harden like other products. The character of this material is such that it requires reapplication every few years, especially in the high wash areas.
