While I was swapping my american bumpers with the european type I ran into a problem. The other car does not have the holes in the body to accept the shocks on the rear bumper. What is the best way to cut out these holes so that I can mount the american style bumpers on the car? The hole is 2 3/8 of an inch in diameter. thanks, andy
