Your example is like comparing a timex to a rolex.

I do believe that you can get a decent paint job for less then $1000 in single stage ($1500 for a base coat clear coat). But not using these paints.

I believe that Glasurit® is what's used on Mercedes from the factory.

People who havn't run shops and don't do it on a professional level never understand the total costs.

The Awlgrip we use on boats can run $200-$400 a gallon.
