SL560 - rear damage

Guys,

'88 SL560 was backed into on the passenger rear at low speed. Can the trunk be saved? I haven't done a lot of body work before (more of a wrench guy myself) - how big a job am I looking at?

There appears to be no structural damage and the SUV hit above the bumper as shown in the picture.

Thanks - any advice would be great.

-John
