purchased an 1998 E-430 Sport with left front damage

I recently purchased an 1998 E-430 Sport with left front damage.
Unfortunately, when the damage appraisal was being done, a number of parts were removed to reveal the inner structure and never put back.
I need to know how to remove driver door trim/lining, don't want to damage any expensive trim, also installation/adjustment gap measurements of left front fender, hood, bumper and head lamp unit.
How can I tell if this vehicle has Parktron, Level Control and a Rain Sensor Windshield.
We ran the Vin. # through two Mercedes dealers and both gave me different answers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To test the Rain Sensor, you can turn the wiper mode to "1". If the wiper activates at an fixed interval, then you don't have it.
If the wiper activates when you sprinkle water on the "whole" windshield, then you have it.

Outside, on the center top of the windshield, you should able to see a receiver-like "thing"(which is behind the inside rear mirror).

As for Parktronic, you can see the "dots" on the front and rear bumpers which are integrated into the bumper strips. I believe it's 4 front, 4 rear, but I can be wrong....

As for load-level, I don't think W210s have rear load-leveling(not sure about E55, maybe it does). But, if you want to test it out anyways, then start your engine, and open up the trunk, sit on it, and if the rear goes down as you sit on it, then it doesn't have load-leveling(I know, I know, it's dumb...)...

Hope this solve your answers....
