MB Paint Codes

I didn't know exactly where to post this question but I guess it's most appropriate here. I have 1992 300E that appears gray or silver/gray. I don't know what the actual name of the color is but I do know that the MB paint code is 122. Does anyone know what color this number corresponds to? Thanks in advance.
