Angry W202 trim removel to access rust

I found a rust spot under my driver door . Well I have started to remove it but first i need to take off a peice of trim shown in the photo.

If anyone has suggestions on removing the trim or rust please post them asap as I am currently working on this.

where it says "Attach File" near the bottom, click "browse" and then find your file pic.

UPDATE

Well after loosing my patience I figured out how to remove this trim. Simlpy pull it off.

So far I have done this... Now shoud I use body filler to make it look good and fill th hole or just treat the metal and paint it?
