I am looking to replace the stock radio in my 95 W124 MB,different then the Becker in the older models 86-91.My question is: does the wire harness from the old Becker's is identical with the new radio's?
2.Aftermarket radio will fit in the slot like it use to fit in the early W124's?
3.Any special tool needed to take it out?,before I use to take the ashtray out and radio comes out easy...

1) I'm pretty sure the stereo connector is more like the connector of a late 90s VW

2) Yes

3) It needs tools that fit in the slots along the bottom of the face
