Behold the greatness.

3 JL 10W6 10" subwoofers, 2 chan. Alpine amp for subs, 4 chan. Alpine amp for speakers, Alpine type X 5 1/4" component speakers, two 1.3 farad(I think not sure) Tsunami caps, the two Alpine crossovers for the components, suede lining, and IVA D900 HU. Next up will be a 5.1 processor and center channel.

The pics are very bright, but it's not that bright in person. I was using longer exposure cuz it was too dark (as seen in the last pics).

I'm currently using a blue neon setup, but I'm thinking about trying out red, which would match my engine cover and brakes (when I get some back in there!).

what are those tubes with numbers for?

Those are power capacitors.
Basicly what they do is store current (just like a
battery,but the caps deliver it much quicker)
for high power draw situations.
Like on deep bass notes.

They provide extra power for big sound systems
when needed.
This way the battery doesn't get over taxed.

or is that red led for an other purpose.

Yal actually with that setup, I can go anywhere from wanting the perfect sound quality, to wanting to blow up my windows

The setup was made by a shop, no way I could ever make this!

what about the door speakers etc...those still stock? Im guessing not haha.

only the rear door speakers are still stock. I'll probably get them replaced some day

I play everything. Rap, techno, movie music. Mostly XM radio. Lately, I play Phil Collins live in Berlin DVD, and Lionel Richie DVD music videos. Quality is top notch

Even with a new deck the stock speakers sound a whole lot better.

for some reason with stock speakers when replacing them with aftermarket you lose the richer sound they offered. In my opinion the aftermarket door speakers sounded worse when I replace them than the stock....you get more clarity with aftermarket thats about it.
