Rear of 126 - 5.25" or 6.5" ?
What's easier to stick in the back in the OE location in this case? I'd like to have the 6.5s for more surface area but will they fit?

I don't know what size the 85 takes in the rear. My 1990 126 is 6.5". Mercedes changed the speaker sizes in 1988 I believe. You may just be able to get 5.5"s in there without any cutting.

OH yes... I forgot to mention I am adding a late model rear fill back there.
