How to hook radio to Fender Antenna in W140
ok guys, and ladies,, I need help. I have a 1995 S350, have owned for 1 year now and happy with everything except my AM radio reception, certain talk radio stations in my area I like to be able to listen to. Anyway the reception is bad. Just ran across some info the other day that told me that in 94 and 95 in the W140s that the fender antenna was for phone use only, the FM antenna is routed to the rear bumper and the AM antenna is in the rear Glass and if you have metalic window tint, which I do, the AM reception is bad. I was told there is an adapter of some type that I can use to hook both the AM and FM leads to the fender antenna,
does anyone know where and how to do this. I do not use the antenna for a phone so no problem there thanks
