Installing a manual Hirschmann Ant, 1979 240D

I have to remove my old and intall a newly purchased manual Hirschmann Ant.
Can anyone explain exactly how to do it. The antenna has about 6 to 8 feet of cord with a male part on the end. and I hope I do not have to fish it back to the radio. Is there a connection near the back of the back seat.

Exact idiot proof instructions would be handy. Thank Tom
