One amp?

Hi all,
I'm changing/bypassing my Bose amp and wanted to know if one 4 channel (6 channel) will be enough to power all doors and subs in the rear deck in my 97 S600. Any suggestions/recommendations as to which amp based on your experience? Thanks.

well if you choose to use a 4 channel amp you will have 4 signals with less power. You are going to try to hook 4 channels to two channels and have the other two for the woofers. This isn't the best idea. by using 2 channels to power 4 channels you will cut the watts in half. I would stick with a decent 4 channel amp and then go with a small 2 channel to power the subs. this way you will have equal wattage across the whole car.
