w123 front speaker clips
Have yet to find a thread to help me on this question: I need to remove the dash speakers in my 85 300CD for replacement and they will not budge; so what are the steps for removal without damaging the dash? Thanks much.

If yours are like mine, you just remove the two screws at the front of the grill, pry it up, and then pull toward you. That's the way the ones in my 1984 300TD work.

Thanks, the grills are out no problem, its the actual speakers that I'm wrestling with; I'm not sure how they're attached and I don't want to bungle up the dash trying to force them out.
