Stereo Shops (Bay Area)

Can anyone recommend a good stereo shop in the bay area? I want to upgrade the sound system in my 1992 300CE and I want it done right the first time. If anyone can recommend a good shop please let me know.
Thanks for your time
Phillip

There's one in Hayward (actually Hayward and Union City) called Sound Innovations. Meticulous installations and top notch workmanship. A little bit more on the labor charge but it's all worth it. Owner's name is Ernesto(cool dude) I had 3 of my cars done in the same place(nakamichi). Give them a call. sorry don't know the #, try 411.

Hey Phillip,

Frank's in Berkeley is an excellent stereo shop
used to dealing with luxury/exotic cars. I too
own a 1992 300CE and their work on it has been excellent and fairly priced. These guys know what they're doing; the first time I went there they were working on a 72 Ferarri Dino. They'll make
your MB sound the way you want it to at the right price. They're on Allston way near downtown Berkeley; check the phone book.

If you want simply the best, check out The Autophile in Berkeley. Their website is http://www.theautophile.com. Talk to the owner, Peter Lufrano. He's a great guy that will help you out with everything you need.
