My Becker radio is stuck in a "wait" state. Apparently once that quits you can input the code I have. I read an old thread which is now dead saying: "Apparently I had to wait 24 hours. Woke up this morning ready to input code!!"

I have what I believe is a code and serial number from my owner's manual and red Becker operation sheet but 24 hours seems a little unusual. Key in the on position that long would likely kill a battery would it not?

Anyone know anything about this?
