Had to remove the battery on my 83/300CDT to clean the front drains last weekend.
After replacing the battery the after market Sony radio/CD player did not work.(Radio is the digital type installed by the previous owner). Took a voltage reading at radio with key in the ACC position and got 12.6v . Fuses are OK. Looks like the radio is gone. Does anyone have an idea of what could of happened? I have had the battery on this car disconnected before with no problems, over the years I have done things similar to this (replacing, charging, jumping, radio installation, etc.) with no issues. Any advice for next time would be appreciated. Thanks
