1991 300SL replacement radio?
Dare I say it? I want to replace the Becker that came with my car with a modern radio with Bluetooth (for syncing with my iPhone and headset), and USB port. I hope I can find one without the ugly knob that so many radios have today.
Any suggestions in the under $500 range? Thanks.

I've always liked the knob on a radio for adjusting volume while driving you never have to take your eyes off the road, but I do have a late Pioneer in the '87 300D and can watch the liquid plasma display for a real distraction
Seriously though, I've always preferred Pioneer, second choice would be Clarion. As for bluetooth, if you want BT and use Pioneer's IP buss remote CD players you need a model with a P in it, like the DEH-P8400-BH which has BT. It has a knob on it but I believe it can be pressed and it stays in flush with the front - nice touch, huh? The later Pioneers do not have an IP buss (CD's have been delegated to history, right?!) and several models have built in BT, like a DEH-Xxxxx look at the DEH-X6400BT etc. and let us know what you finally decide.
